Patient & Caregiver Mixers Forming For November 22nd At 7:00 PM

To those of you who are looking to form a solid relationship with a new caregiver or if you are a caregiver looking to help patients, we invite you to join us this month for our next patient/caregiver mixer forming now for next Thursday, November 22nd and starting at 7:00 PM until 9:00 PM. Refreshments will be provided along with a brief educational seminar about the caregiver / patient relationship.

As patients and caregivers ourselves, we know how important it is to have someone you can count on. We encourage patients and caregivers to get to know each other so you can make the right fit and build lasting relationships.
